Our incoterms on all order are EX-WORKS Miami, however we have the ability to customize additional services that fits our partner’s needs.

Varies according to the manufacturer’s warranty and/or commercial terms at the time the order is placed with Skywire. Typical warranty terms are:

SEED STOCK: If seed stock is provided (e.g. 2% of the order quantity, or 1 seed stock every 50 units), then the warranty is covered by the Seed Stock only.

SEED STOCK but QTY does not qualify for units (e.g. <50 units): Skywire offers a 30 day warranty based on the invoice date.

APPLE REGIONAL: Typically, 1 Year provided by the manufacturer (Apple Service Center). Device may need to be sent to the USA for service if local service is not provided

SAMSUNG REGIONAL: Typically, 1 Year provided by the manufacturer (Miami Service Center)

CAT REGIONAL: Seed stock or 30 days. May need to come to the USA for service if no Seed Stock is provided.

OUT OF REGION PRODUCTS: Skywire offers a 30 day warranty based on the invoice date.

ALL OTHER: Skywire offers a 30 day warranty based on the invoice date.
