Before submitting the following Return Merchandise Authorization form, please be aware of the following steps.
2. Deliver/Ship unit/units and the complete RMA form with the corresponding RMA# to our facility (Units + Form together).
IMPORTANT: Remove the unit lock, “Find My Phone”, and any personal information from the phone when applicable. Service Center may refuse the unit otherwise.
3. Skywire Communications will process the unit/units for service and return it/them.
